Individual Cancellation Conditions: You may cancel reservations without penalty up to 21 days prior to check in/arrival date. In case of cancellation from 21 days to 14 days prior check in/arrival, the hotel shall cahrge 3 nights at the contracted group rate as a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to check in/arrival or non arrival or no show, hotel holds the right to charge the individauls full lenght of stay as reserved as cancellation fee, less the amount of the deposits retained.

Individual Guarantee Conditions: Gauranteed reservations will be held until 10:59 the day following the scheduled arrival date. All guaranteed reservations must be accomapnied by a valid credit card which shall be charged on the cut-off date 10 March 2019.
