A block of rooms has been reserved for your event from 13.10.2020 until 19.10.2020. Please kindly note that outside of this booking range the special rate is not available.

The special rate is valid until 18.08.2020 or when the room block is sold out – whichever comes first. The rate is including breakfast and Wifi, VAT and city tax

Please inform your guests that credit card details need to be submitted with every bedroom reservation. In order to guarantee their booking all delegates are obliged to prepay 100% of their bedroom rate for their entire stay.

Individual cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged equivalent to 90% of the total accommodation booked at the contracted rate to the individual guest.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early a departure fee will be charged.
