Please note that your room reservation is held on guaranteed basis. In case you want to cancel guaranteed reservation please inform us 24 hours before arrival day to avoid penalty of the first night stay equivalent charged to your credit card.

Hotel check-in time is at 2:00 pm. and check out is at 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out cannot be guaranteed and are provided upon request by the reservation department if available.

Please be informed that all foreign guests have to pay Registration fee in the amount of 255.00 RUB per stay.
