RESERVING YOUR ROOM: In order to finalize the booking, please be informed you will be asked to provide a credit card. Each guest will be responsible for the payment of his/her own booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests are allowed to cancel the reservation without incurring in any penalty until 21 days prior to arrival ( for example, arrivals on  the 14th Sept can be cancelled free of charge up to the 24th Aug incl.)

After this date, the Hotel takes the right to place a hold on the credit card provided at the time of the booking equal to the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel.If a booking will be cancelled between 21 days before arrival and the actual arrival date, a charge will apply ( one nt stay)

Any cancellation for the event needs to be done in written to the Hilton Garden Inn Leiden.

NO SHOW: In the unlikely event a guest will not show up, a charge equal to one night stay will apply and will be charged on the credit card provided by the guest at the time of reservation.
