RESERVING YOUR ROOM: In order to finalize the booking, please be informed you will be asked to provide a credit card. Each guest will be responsible for the payment of his/her own booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests are allowed to cancel the reservation without incurring in any penalty until 21 days prior to arrival ( for example,arrivals on  the 05th Oct can be cancelled free of charge up to the 14th Sept incl.)

After this date, the Hotel takes the right to place a hold on the credit card provided at the time of the booking equal to the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel.

Any cancellation for the event needs to be done in written to the Hilton Garden Inn Leiden.

NO SHOW: In the unlikely event a guest will not show up, a charge equal to full lenght of stay will apply and will be charged on the credit card provided by the guest at the time of reservation.
