This special room rate will be available until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

You acknowledge that pursuant to the decree law n. 78 / 2010 (art. 14, comma 16, lett. e), approved by law 122/2010 and to the resolution of the City of Rome n. 67 of the 28/29 July 2010 every guest occupying a hotel room overnight must pay Euro 10,00 per night upon check out, for a maximum of 10 nights. The sum will be collected as "overnight accommodation fee on tourist services in the City of Rome".  Guests with residence in Rome and children under the age of 10 are exempt from payment. The fee is due also in case of exemption from payment of hotel bill. The amount of said fee and system of collection may be subject to change by the City of Rome.
