Reservations must be made by 22.09.2026 to benefit from the special group rate. Reservations made after this date will be charged at the current room rate at that time. The room rate includes breakfast and is subject to an additional city tax per room/night.

Requested rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. From 6 days before arrival, the participant must pay 90% of the room price in the event of cancellation.
